Why Resolver exists
Resolver Servicehub began after repeated conversations with capable owners whose finance applications were weakened by avoidable contradictions: a requested amount that differed between forms, a repayment omitted from cash flow, or an important quotation left outside the final pack. The business was established to provide a calm, independent check between drafting and submission.
We work from Cape Town with owner-managed businesses across South Africa. Our focus is deliberately narrow: document completeness, numerical consistency and the clarity of assumptions supporting a small business credit request.
Led by Naledi Jacobs
Naledi is a finance review practitioner with experience in management reporting, credit-file preparation and cash-flow analysis for trading businesses. She works with an associate bookkeeping reviewer when a pack requires a second arithmetic check. Resolver does not act as a lender, finance broker, auditor of annual financial statements or credit provider.
How we treat your records
Loan applications contain sensitive commercial information. We agree the file list before transfer, use access-controlled storage, limit each review to the assigned practitioner and remove working copies according to the retention period in our privacy notice. We ask clients to redact unrelated personal information.
Our working principles
Trace the figure. A forecast number should connect to a historical pattern, quotation, contract or clearly named assumption.
Separate fact from judgement. Findings explain what was observed and why a lender may ask about it; they do not predict approval.
Write for action. Reports point to a page, attachment or spreadsheet cell so the owner and their accountant can respond efficiently.
Respect the boundary. Where an issue needs accounting, tax, legal or regulated financial advice, we say so plainly.
