Terms of Service

Terms governing Resolver Servicehub small business loan application document and cash-flow audit engagements.

Acceptance and engagement

These terms govern use of this website and services supplied by Resolver Servicehub in South Africa. Requesting information does not create an engagement. An engagement begins only when we issue a written scope and fee, you accept them, and any required deposit clears. The engagement letter and these terms form the agreement; the engagement letter prevails where they conflict.

Nature and limits of the work

We inspect the supplied application documents and/or cash-flow forecast for the agreed purpose. Our report identifies apparent omissions, inconsistencies, calculation concerns and points likely to need explanation. It is not an audit opinion on financial statements, due diligence, legal or tax advice, regulated financial advice, credit broking, or a guarantee that any lender will approve finance.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and completeness of all statements, records and submissions. You must obtain specialist advice where a finding involves accounting treatment, tax, law, valuation or product suitability. We may pause work if information is unsafe, illegible, apparently altered or outside scope.

Client responsibilities and timing

You must provide agreed records through the specified channel, identify deadlines before booking, and answer material questions promptly. Turnaround starts only when the complete agreed pack and deposit are received. Lender decisions, lender checklists and third-party response times are beyond our control.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

Fees and payment stages appear in the accepted quote. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits and any refund are handled under our refund policy. We do not add out-of-scope work without written approval.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in records you provide. Resolver Servicehub retains copyright in its review methods, report structure, website copy and original materials. On full payment, you receive a non-exclusive right to use the report internally and share it with your professional advisers and intended credit provider. You may not resell, publish or remove authorship notices from the report without permission.

Confidentiality and data

Each party will protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or authorised in writing. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Resolver Servicehub is not liable for a lender’s decision, lost funding opportunity, inaccurate client information, indirect or consequential loss, or action taken without appropriate professional advice. Our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where a limitation is prohibited by the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use

Website material is general information and may not reflect a particular lender’s current requirements. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit unlawful material or misuse its content. External image and website links remain subject to their providers’ terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute by written notice and discussion. Subject to applicable consumer rights, South African courts have jurisdiction.
